America's Greatest Threat: George Soros Shock Therapy

Who is George Soros? Is he important or just a crazy lib who spends all his money on liberal agendas? He does spend much of his money sponsoring liberal agendas and he is VERY important, especially now to America. Not much is known about him because he likes it that way. None of the "mainscheme" media care to share what they know with the American people for reasons you will understand once you read more below. How does he make his endless millions and why does his name seems to keep popping up nowadays? That, too, I will answer for you below. My curiosity lead me to truth's I had never even imagined. Soros lives in New York but he is as American as a Russian donkey. He is Hungarian and during WWII he lied about his status and actually worked for the Nazi's "identifying and expropriating the property of wealthy fellow Jews." (1) After the war, he moved to America and set up shop. He claims to be a Jew which is so profoundly unethical after what he did to the Jews in WWII but equally absurd. He and his "friends" label anyone who speaks out against him as anti-semite which I have yet to understand and although I am not a Jew I find utterly offensive.

His part in the war is very concerning to me not only because he took from those who were being murdered viciously but because it explains his actions in the world up to now and that he now has his eye on America. See, Soros wasn't dubbed the "modern day Robin Hood" by the NY Times by accident. He hides under the umbrella of "philanthropy" while doing just the opposite. He enjoys his wealth off of another's hardship...hardly humanitarian. Soros tricks people by purchasing large amounts of stocks, bonds, or even gold. Other, less experienced financiers, follow suit assuming he knows something they don't. Soro's knows this and he lies in wait. Once the price of stocks, bonds or gold rise high enough Soro's quickly sells making a fortune and leaving all the people with nothing. After which he bails and sets his sights on another victim economy. Didn't Martha Stuart go to prison for doing something similar to this? Anyway, this form of economic shock is often called "hit and run" because he swoops in and quickly slithers out leaving the economy in ruin and the people with nothing. He prefers to call it "shock therapy". He shocks the economy by creating false belief in the people where they invest their money essentially in him and then he takes everything he can and leaves their country and lives in ruin and often under dictator rule.

An example of this would be in Poland, 1989: (W. Engdahl, 1996)

Poland: In late 1989, Soros organized a secret meeting between the "reform" communist government of Prime Minister Mieczyslaw Rakowski and the leaders of the then-illegal Solidarnosc trade union organization. According to well-informed Polish sources, at that 1989 meeting, Soros unveiled his "plan" for Poland: The communists must let Solidarnosc take over the government, so as to gain the confidence of the population. Then, said Soros, the state must act to bankrupt its own industrial and agricultural enterprises, using astronomical interest rates, withholding state credits, and burdening firms with unpayable debt. Once thie were done, Soros promised that he would encourage his wealthy international business friends to come into Poland, as prospective buyers of the privatized state enterprises. A recent example of this privatization plan is the case of the large steel facility Huta Warsawa. According to steel experts, this modern complex would cost $3-4 billion for a western company to build new. Several months ago, the Polish government agreed to assume the debts of Huta Warsawa, and to sell the debt-free enterprise to a Milan company, Lucchini, for $30 million!.

Soros recruited his friend, Harvard University economist Jeffery Sachs, who had previously advised the Bolivian government in economic policy, leading to the takeover of that nation's economy by the cocaine trade. To further his plan in Poland, Soros set up one of his numerous foundations, the Stefan Batory Foundation, the official sponsor of Sach's work in Poland in 1989-90.

Soros boasts, "I established close personal contact with Walesa's chief adviser, Bronislaw Geremek. I was also received by [President Gen Wojciech] Jaruzelski, the head of State, to obtain his blessing for my foundation." He worked closely with the eminence gris of Polish shock therapy, Witold Trzeciakowski, a shadow adviser to Finance Minister Leszek Balcerowicz. Soros also cultivated relations with Balcerowicz, the man who would first impose Sach's shock therapy on Poland. Soros says when Walesa was elected President, that "largely because of western pressure, Walesa retained Balcerowicz as minister." Balcerowicz imposed a freeze on wages while industry was to be bankrupted by a cutoff of state credits. Industrial output fell by more than 30% over two years.

Soros admits he knew in advance that his shock therapy would cause huge unemployment, closing of factories, and social unrest. For this reason, he insisted that Solidarnosc be brought into the government, to help deal with the unrest. Through the Batory Foundation, Soros coopted key media opinion makers such as Adam Michnik, and through cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, imposed a media censorship favorable to Soros's shock therapy, and hostile to all critics.

Must I point out why this is important to America, especially now? Ok, if I must...he orchestrates a leader that will win the support of the people. He then uses the media by censoring any information that is against the "plan". "Recent reports that mega-speculator George Soros is putting millions of dollars into funding think-tanks for the Democratic Party (Center for American Progress, and America Coming Together are two notable recipients), in a not-so-veiled effort to buy up the party, should raise the question: Just how does George Soros make his money?" (Executive Intelligence Review, EIR, 2003) Today we have Obama who won the presidency by a slim margin but appeared to have the hearts of the American people. Running on the platform of "Hope" and "Change you can believe in" as well as "Transparency" utilizing a well regulated media that overwhelmed the people with positive information about Obama and deflecting anything negative (like his communist upbringing or his Marxist beliefs).

Soros has made it no secret he endorsed Obama, and that is a key factor here. Once Obama was elected, they planned to keep us busy arguing and fighting over various bills (Healthcare, Cap and Trade) all the while manipulating the economy leading the the biggest crash since the Great Depression. Ok, jumping ahead but I believe we can all see where this is going with a 10.2% unemployment that is continually climbing yet spending as much money as they can creating so much debt that it is unlikely we will be out of it in less then 20 years or more! They hide the spending by printing more money making it appear to those of us less seasoned financial guru's that the value of our dollar is not in danger. We all know that you can not just spend and spend if you don't have the income to support it. You don't have to be a Harvard Business School graduate to understand this. Why is it that we continue to ignore the growing deficit and the eroneous spending?

Soros has his hand in every economic cookie jar he can muster across the Eastern Europe: (W. Engdahl)

Today, Soros has established his Foundation centers in Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, and a Soros Yugoslavia Foundation in Belgrade, Serbia. In Croatia, he has tried to use his foundation monies to woo influential journalists or to slander opponents of his shock therapy, by labeling them variously "anti-Semitic" or "neo-Nazi." The head of Soros's Open Society Fund---Croatia, Prof. Zarko Puhovski, is a man who has reportedly made a recent dramatic conversion from orthodox Marxism to Soros's radical free market. Only seven years ago, according to one of his former students, as professor of philosophy at the University of Zagreb, Puhovski attacked students trying to articulate a critique of communism, by insisting, "It is unprincipled to criticize Marxism from a liberal standpoint." His work for the Soros Foundation in Zagreb has promoted an anti-nationalist "global culture," hiring a network of anti-Croatian journalists to propagandize, in effect, for the Serbian cause.

These examples can be elaborated for each of the other 19 locations across eastern Europe where George Soros operates. The political agenda of Soros and this group of financial "globalists" will create the conditions for a new outbreak of war, even world war, if it continues to be tolerated.

Additionally, Soros made news in 1993 when he bragged about his increased wealth of over a million dollars by targeting Italy and Great Britain currencies. In the same sly manner in which he ravishes other economies, he went after Italy and Great Britain crushing the value of their currency and leaving the country and it's people broke. Soros has ties to drug trafficking as well. With strong ties to the Rothchild's he worked with them in the creation of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). The BCCI was considered one of the worst drugs for weapons ring and had close ties to the Bush administration: (W. Engdahl)

N.M. Rothschild and Sons is also implicated in some of the filthiest drugs-for-weapons secret intelligence operations. Because it is connected to the highest levels of the British intelligence establishment, Rothschilds managed to evade any prominent mention of its complicity in one of the more sordid black covert intelligence networks, that of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). Rothschilds was at the center of the international web of money-laundering banks used during the 1970s and 1980s by Britain's MI-6 and the networks of Col. Oliver North and George Bush, to finance such projects as the Nicaraguan Contras.

On June 8, 1993 the chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Banking, Rep. Henry Gonzalez (D-Tex.), made a speech charging that the U.S. government, under the previous Bush and Reagan administrations, had systematically refused to prosecute the BCCI, and that the Department of Justice had repeatedly refused to cooperate with Congressional investigations of both the BCCI scandal and what Gonzalez claims is the closely related scandal of the Atlanta, Georgia Banca Nationale del Lavoro, which was alleged to have secured billions in loans from the Bush administration to Saddam Hussein, just prior to the Gulf War of 1990-91.

Gonzalez charged that the Bush administration had "a Justice Department that I say, and I repeat, has been the most corrupt, most unbelievably corrupt justice system that I have seen in the 32 years I have been in the Congress."

The BCCI violated countless laws, including laundering drug money, financing illegal arms traffic, and falsifying bank records. In July 1991, New York District Attorney Robert Morgenthau announced a grand jury indictment against BCCI, charging it with having committed "the largest bank fraud in world financial history. BCCI operated as a corrupt criminal organization throughout its entire 19-year history."

The BCCI had links directly into the Bush White House. Saudi Sheik Kamal Adham, a BCCI director and former head of Saudi Arabian intelligence when George Bush was head of the CIA, was one of the BCCI shareholders indicted in the United States. Days after his indictment, former top Bush White House aide Edward Rogers went to Saudi Arabia as a private citizen to sign a contract to represent Sheikh Adham in the United States.

It is apparant that Soros has connections with leaders on both sides of the aisle. Both parties are tainted with the infiltration of evil doers, "One World Government", that plans to enslave the people so the elite remain wealthy and in charge. We can no longer rely on a party to lead the American way. We have to consider people based on principle from this point and and actually hold them to that truth because as Thomas Jefferson said, "I have spoken of the Federalists as if they are a homogeneous body, but this is not the truth. Under that name lurks the heretical sect of Monarchists. Afraid to wear their own name, they creep under the mantle of Federalism, and the Federalists, like sheep permit the fox to take shelter among them, when pursued by dogs. These men have no right to office." He also stated that those who attempt to rule as kings are unconstatutional, "The Utopian schemes of leveling [redistribution of wealth] and a communit of good [central ownership of the mans of production and distribution], are as visionarey and impractical as those which vest all property in the Crown. [These ideas] are arbitrary, despotic, and, in our government, unconstitutional." (Cleo Skousen, 1981)

Are we going to allow ourselves to fall prey to this monetary hunter? Can we break the grip he has on our economy and our country? I believe we can because we have been and remain the greatest country in the World and we know better. All of the signs are there and we must heed the warning and take charge now. We can not afford to lose everything to this Maestro of catastrophe. We owe it to our Founding Fathers. We owe it to our children! Remember the final sentence of the Declaration of Independence, "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor." I pledge this same to you my fellow Americans. Let's unveil those who know their ways are evil and unjust so they hide behind titles and programs seemingly humanitarian or Constitutional based waiting for the final hour in which they yearn to devour our independence and rule our land.

Conspiring AGAINST us, our government?

We are in strange times indeed. Never before, or at least that I can recall, have we, the American people, been targeted so negatively and strongly as we are now. Simply speaking out about what we believe, holding true to the Constitution, and expecting those in Congress to answer to the Americans who voted for them has aligned us with the dirtiest killers on the planet - Terrorists! Do you not find it utterly unacceptable that our own government, the ones we elected to work for US is now attempting to mow us down by accusing us of acts the majority of us would never even consider? Well I do and I am not going to take it anymore!

An article from the Canada Free Press had an article by JB Williams which clearly describes how the American people are being set up...set up for a fall that we would never agree to take part in. JB Williams is a commentator on American Politics, history and philosophy and has been published world wide. He has paid close attention to the what is happening in our great Country and he has an analysis that is quite eerie and perhaps hard to swallow. We have to step out of our comfort zones now. The days of lazily wandering through our days paying no mind to the government are over. Today, we do not have a government that is out for our own good. Their mystery messiah has already gone from hero to zero after only seven months in power, and Obama has now become a noose around the neck of every American Democrat, and every international fascist who "hoped" Obama could usher in Marxist "change."

Nobody can organize a community like a good old fashioned communist thug can. It worked long enough to put a mystery man in the Oval Office, thanks to international socialists working through CPUSA - SPUSA and DSAUSA, funded by literally hundreds of leftist front-groups operating as special interest 527 organizations. Who spends an obscene $1 billion dollars to win a lousy $400,000 per year job, and why? The people behind Obama expect a return on their investment. And they are NOT the kind of folks you want to disappoint: These folks make Capone look like a choir boy.

Before the ink was dry on Obama's fake Certification of Live Birth (not to be confused with an actual birth certificate), Obamanation was off to confiscate control of banking, insurance, energy and auto manufacturing. Before they knew what was happening, the American people woke up, the proud new owners of Government Motors and $13 Trillion in debt.

But it wasn't until Obamanation tried to confiscate control of 1/7th of the US economy by nationalizing the private American health care industry that the people took to the streets in protest.

On the heels of dozens of angry Town Hall meetings turned public tar-and-feathering parties for countless career DC bureaucrats, Obama and his Democrat partners in crime found themselves in a historic free fall from popularity among average American taxpayers. Eight months into office, Obama has bounced Jimmy Carter from his famous position as America 's worst president.

The people behind the puppet in our Oval Office did what leftists always do. They over-estimated themselves, under-estimated the American people, and over-played their hand. They actually thought that Americans would sit quiet as unbridled leftists trampled all over 300 million Americans.

That was the good news. As Obama becomes an anvil chained around the neck of DC and international leftists, he becomes a liability to their agenda. These folks have an interesting way of dealing with political liabilities.

Losing control of their agenda and, in a power-slide towards the bottomless pit of political has-beens, Democrats are desperate to keep their international friends at bay. But at the same time, being career politicians always focused on self-preservation; they must find a way to get re-elected by people ready to lynch them in Public Square .

Obama has foolishly allowed himself to be pushed into a no-win position, in his unlikely quest to "make history" by becoming the first "black" mystery messiah allowed to sit at the big desk with his finger on the red button. In short, he's in way over his head, just as many worried would be the case with a freshman politician complete with blank resume. Nancy "crazy as an out-house rat" Pelosi is no help, and Harry Reid is headed for the political bone yard no matter what.

Teddy Kennedy was in no position to lead the young lad out of the woods, and wannabes like Chucky Schumer and Bawny Fwank will soon be looking for an escape hatch of their own. Time to Bring in the Heavy Artillery and Circle the Wagons.

Since Obama just won't become the "transparent president" he tricked so many voters into voting for, the issue of his constitutional conflict won't go away. $1.35 million in legal defense fees later, the demand to see proof that he passes Article II requirements is getting louder.

Despite around the clock media efforts to paint every constitutionally conscious American a "right-wing racist Timothy McVeigh," the people seem only further agitated by the leftist suggestion that NO American citizen has "proper standing" to question their employees (elected representatives) on even the most fundamental questions.

Obama's problem with Americans isn't the mulatto color of his skin. It's the bright RED color of his belief system and agenda. He is undoubtedly making mentors like Saul Alinsky, Frank Marshal Davis and Bill Ayers quite proud. But he is clearly losing the support of many Americans in that effort.

Before the dissent gets any wider spread, they have to do something. Out of nowhere comes Obama's "experts" on national security, the Southern Poverty Law Center. At the time of SPLC's founding, Julian Bond, who currently chairs the NAACP, was named the fledgling group's first President.

On the basis of these folks, Obama's Department of Homeland Security issued a "Right-wing Extremist" threat analysis, labeling every American with a gun or bible, or willing to publicly oppose Obama, a "potential domestic terrorist."

Yesterday, British newspaper, The Independent, published a story titled, "The right-wing crackpots taking over the mainstream," in which British leftist writer Rupert Cornwell proceeds to assault all American citizens who are currently speaking out against Obama's "global" agenda, and warns of coming civil unrest, and of course, his authority on the matter is the Southern Poverty Law Center.

From the report, one SPLC official says, "every element is in place for a 'perfect storm' of home-grown extremism. For the first time, the detested federal government is run by a black man." There ya have it! That was easy! It's all about the "black man!"

"A struggling economy fuels discontent, with illegal immigrants accused of stealing American jobs." Or is it that unemployment has doubled to the highest level since the great depression, under the "black mans" brief administration?

"The military, long a breeding ground of the far right, is sending home veterans in vast numbers." Yes, those crazed military veterans: And don't forget: "Finally there is the Internet, which simultaneously propagates and intensifies the feelings of true believers and the conspiracy theories they devour." The so-called "birthers" have made headlines all over the world?

Clearly, Cornwell received his talking points memo from David Axelrod, who obviously got his from the Southern Poverty Law Center. The Observer got the memo too, and they wasted no time attacking every American at odds with Obama's agenda. It's American Patriots against the world, or at least the leftists of the world. Cornwell concludes, "So might not elements even further to the right enter the fray - 'sovereign citizens' who believe they are above the law, or the new 'Oath Keepers' movement, of soldiers and police officers past and present, who believe their duty is to the constitution, not to elected politicians? Perhaps the health care rallies and the SPLC report were no coincidence, after all."

Well, let me just say that I think Obama's life could, in fact, be in danger, but not from Tea Party protesters, Town Hall protesters or so-called "birthers." All of these folks are well aware of the reality that assassinating the first "black" president would be counter-productive to their agenda.

The Obama press has been burning the midnight oil trying to make certain that Hillary Clinton's "right-wing conspiracy" ghosts were set up to take the fall for any misfortunate event that might befall an increasingly unpopular president. No "right-winger" is likely to even break wind in Obama's direction.

His leftist international friends are quite another story however: These are BIG buck, BIG socialism folks who play by no particular set of rules, like George Soros. As Obama becomes more of a liability than an asset to their cause, it is his own people who are most likely to make a martyr out of the mystery messiah.

In the British Observer, writer Paul Harris is even more extreme in his column: Fears for Barack Obama's safety as healthcare debate fuels extremism; and once again, we see the report from the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The stage is being set: If anything happens to Obama, the entire world has been put on notice that Americans opposed to socialism from a "black" nobody president who won't even release his birth records, are responsible.

This leaves the door wide open for Obama's own friends to commit the crime with impunity, as they have already placed the American patriots' finger-prints on the imaginary murder weapon. It would be the perfect crime blamed on the perfect right-wing storm. It's brilliant!

The leftist press around the world has already accused and convicted "right-wingers" of the murder. Talk about your grand conspiracy: Nobody does it better than the international leftist cabal.

But who is this Southern Poverty Law Center responsible for all of the recent "hate speech" aimed at constitutionally concerned American citizens opposed to bankruptcy-by-communism in America ?

In 2007, SPLC identified 888 separate "active hate groups" in the United States . Despite the events of 9/11 and an ongoing threat of additional terror strikes here and abroad, not one of the 888 "active hate groups" identified was Islamic. Detroit , Michigan , had more violent killings than Iraq and Afghanistan combined, but none of the groups responsible for those killings made the list of 888.

Only white, capitalist, constitutionalist, Christian, pro-freedom, in other words, "right-wing extremists" made the list. Black on white crime is not "hate." Black on black crime is not "hate." Muslim on Christian crime is not "hate." According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, only white, Christian, capitalists opposed to Marxism and attending Town Hall meetings are guilty of "hate." That's what their report says, and everyone from Obama's DHS and FBI to England 's press has bought that report hook, line and sinker.

I too fear for Obama's life: But not from any of the people attending Tea Parties or Town Hall meetings in an effort to talk with their elected representatives. I fear that Obama's life is increasingly in danger from the very people who put him in power - The people he is currently failing, as the American people stand up to stop his secular socialist global agenda.

I am 100% opposed to the Obama administration and today's Democrat agenda. But I am here to tell you that the worst thing that could happen in America today is for Obama to be assassinated. Every Obama opponent knows this. He would be safest if he were guarded around the clock by American conservatives opposed to his entire agenda.

Only his leftist partners around the world would benefit from his assassination. Their agenda would move forward unchallenged if anything were to happen to Obama or his family. As his agenda meets with serious resistance at home, his puppet masters abroad will lose faith and eventually, their patience.

Only a freshman senator would have fallen for the trap Obama finds himself in today. He can't win: If he's very lucky, he can only live to tell about it one day.

Obama has spent an entire lifetime surrounded by some of the world's worst thugs. If he is unable to move their agenda forward, his life will be at risk from within his own ranks. However, the nation and the world will pay a heavy price, as both are being conditioned to blame it on average Americans who simply oppose all forms of intrusive tyrannical government.

As Obama's agenda is shut down by average Americans, his friends will turn on him. Liberals are already warning him not to back off on nationalized health care. But the people are not going to allow it to go forward.

Even though I oppose everything Obama is and everything he stands for, I pray for his safety. You can bet your last dollar: his well organized community is falling apart as his agenda begins to crumble. They will be very motivated to ignite a second civil war as they watch their agenda die a brutal political death.

Nothing would ignite a second civil war faster than the assassination of Barack Hussein Obama. I can only pray that the Secret Service does not take their cues from the Southern Poverty Law Center. If they are no better at understanding political security than British op-ed pages, Obama's life is indeed in danger. Not from so-called "right-wing extremists" angry over Obama's blatant disregard for the Constitution today. But from within his ranks, as those who placed him in power, become saddled with his failures.

Sounds crazy? Of course it does, but what about our Country these days isn't just plain crazy? As a parent, I know that there is NOTHING I wouldn't do to protect my children but that is only when their lives are in direct danger. None of us are capable of assassination whether plotting, planning or carrying it out. No American citizen who loves their Country and who speaks out about protecting her wants to hurt anyone physically. Perhaps the biggest hurt we have up our sleeves is voting those who are against us out of office, but that is the extent of it.

Allowing groups like SPLC and members of our government to get away with even a hint of our being terrorists is an atrocity. Stand up people. Scream out "Enough is enough" and demand our government respect us! Stop them from passing any further bills that we are not allowed to read because in case you haven't noticed, those bills only affect you and me, not those in government. As long as we have a group of people so arrogant and so actively against the American people we CAN NOT allow them to make any more decisions that govern our lives or our children's lives!

Join your local patriot groups (9/12projects, TEA parties, etc) and become part of the movement that NO ONE can ignore. We are peaceful but we are STRONG and we are a force to be reckoned with no doubt!

Who is it that "shapes" Obama's ideas?

We are in strange, scary times my friends. The days of working and raising our families while trusting our elected officials are over. No more are the days of speaking without fear and acting for what you believe without being disgraced. We have a new enemy, an enemy within. One that looks like us, acts like us and talks like us but who has a very dark, secretive side that intends to do harm. We must stop, look and listen not to what IS being said but to what isn't. It is imperative that we start looking beneath the surface of what we think we know and what, God forbid, might be. All around our world there are things going on that completely go against the fabric of our Nation and contradict everything from which our Constitution stands for. For years there have been attacks on our Constitution and founding beliefs from which this great Country was created. I have taken on the responsibility of keeping YOU informed by researching and studying what is being done while we are too busy in our daily lives to notice. That is what this Administration is banking on us doing while they completely rearrange and modify our government and Country into something many of us never dreamed possible.

First lets consider the HR 3200 (Healthcare Reform Bill) that Obama and his administration attempted to rush through the Congress with the expectation that we would not notice and ignore the ramifications of what the bill actually reads. See, these guys who have taken over our administration are not dummies. They are well read, well versed and well spoken. They play on our feelings to institute things that actually do the opposite of what they are telling you or worse, give the government open control to enact the bill as THEY see fit. For instance, who wouldn't want to care for those who can't care for themselves? I for one would do whatever I could to help some one in need. Therefore, speaking about HR 3200, this administration plays off your feelings by making it appear to be simply an effort to provide health care to millions who apparently don't have it. I use "apparently" because as a healthcare professional I know for a fact that no one is turned away from receiving care when they are in need. I believe we all know this but we are made to feel guilty by the wording the administration uses. Now you may be saying, "those people deserve affordable healthcare." Well, since when is FREE not affordable? Yes, those millions without insurance still get healthcare and they don't pay a penny for it. The whole idea that women and children and even elderly are lying in the streets or their homes dying slow, agonizing deaths because the EVIL healthcare system and community refuse them care is ludicrous!

Is this the optimum as far as healthcare availability and cost is concerned? No, but neither is giving the government free reign to rush in and demolish capitalism and force us all to abide by their rules and make healthcare decisions for us. Sure there are many different ways we could reform healthcare to include those who are in most need but the government is not willing to discuss it. Why? They are not interested in discussing other options to reforming healthcare because it takes the control out of their hands which is direct opposite of what they want and need.

It is well documented from history that all socialist/communist movements began with something seemingly innocent such as making healthcare available to ALL people. It sounds good and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside but had you read HR 3200 you would see that doing what is good is not the intention. This bill gives the government unequivocal control of the healthcare industry and individual civilian choices regarding healthcare and essentially how and when they will live and die. What that means is THEY decide for YOU. For instance, Hitler’s rise to power all started with a bill he rushed through for approval called the Enabling Act or better known as the Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich. Who wouldn’t want that bill passed? I mean, you do want the government to protect you, right? Well, it turns out that that seemingly innocent bill was Hitler’s foot into the door of a complete dictatorship. “The Enabling Act—when used ruthlessly and with authority—virtually assured that Hitler could thereafter constitutionally exercise dictatorial power without legal objection." On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) met in the Kroll Opera House in Berlin to consider passing Hitler's Enabling Act. It was officially called the 'Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich.' If passed, it would effectively mean the end of democracy in Germany and establish the legal dictatorship of Adolf Hitler. The 'distress' had been secretly caused by the Nazis themselves in order to create a crisis atmosphere that would make the law seem necessary to restore order. On February 27, 1933, they had burned the Reichstag building, seat of the German government, causing panic and outrage. The Nazis successfully blamed the fire on the Communists and claimed it marked the beginning of a widespread uprising.

On the day of the vote, Nazi storm troopers gathered in a show of force around the opera house chanting, "Full powers - or else! We want the bill - or fire and murder!!" They also stood inside in the hallways, and even lined the aisles where the vote would take place, glaring menacingly at anyone who might oppose Hitler's will. Just before the vote, Hitler made a speech to the Reichstag in which he pledged to use restraint."The government will make use of these powers only insofar as they are essential for carrying out vitally necessary measures...The number of cases in which an internal necessity exists for having recourse to such a law is in itself a limited one." - Hitler told the Reichstag. He also promised an end to unemployment and pledged to promote peace with France, Great Britain and the Soviet Union. But in order to do all this, Hitler said, he first needed the Enabling Act.

A two thirds majority was needed, since the law would actually alter the German constitution. Hitler needed 31 non-Nazi votes to pass it. He got those votes from the Center Party after making a false promise to restore some basic rights already taken away by decree. However, one man arose amid the overwhelming might. Otto Wells, leader of the Social Democrats stood up and spoke quietly to Hitler."We German Social Democrats pledge ourselves solemnly in this historic hour to the principles of humanity and justice, of freedom and socialism. No enabling act can give you power to destroy ideas which are eternal and indestructible." This enraged Hitler and he jumped up to respond. "You are no longer needed! - The star of Germany will rise and yours will sink! Your death knell has sounded!"

The vote was taken - 441 for, only 84, the Social Democrats, against. The Nazis leapt to their feet clapping, stamping and shouting, then broke into the Nazi anthem, the Hörst Wessel song. They achieved what Hitler had wanted for years - to tear down the German Democratic Republic legally and end democracy, thus paving the way for a complete Nazi takeover of Germany. From this day on, the Reichstag would be just a sounding board, a cheering section for Hitler's pronouncements.

Understand that I am in no way claiming or believing that Obama is going to become a genocidal maniac or that he has any intentions of using power in the evil manner in which Hitler, Stalin, Lenin or Mao Tse Tung did. Why did these dictators do what they did? It was all about power people. They identified a group or idea that they could rally the masses behind to further their power. Therefore, looking at what is happening today capitalism is the scape goat and the evil thing that they claim enslaves people. So, today’s focus is “rich people”. This is nothing new and it has all been done before but when any government or person is given full powers to control others it can inevitably lead to bad things, things we would never had dreamed possible. Atrosities exist everywhere in our history but these people I mentioned attained so much power that they actually threatened the world. So, not surprisingly not only people of this great nation but other nations are paying close attention to the actions of Obama and the government. History has a pesky little way of repeating itself, so some people are looking at what is presently going on in America with a skeptical eye. There are striking similarities to the present administration and Hitler’s in that they hurriedly or cohersively attempt to pass legislation which is not in the best interest of the people in that the laws are too vague leaving too much power in the hands of the government.

We will use the Enabling Act (officially called the 'Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich.') If passed, it would effectively mean the end of democracy in Germany and establish the legal dictatorship of Adolf Hitler as a comparison to the recent legislation from Obama.

For instance, the Stimulus Package was passed almost immediately after Obama was elected. This bill took billions of hard working American’s tax dollars and sent them into special intrest groups for which much of the money is now unaccounted for.

Who was responsible for writing this bill that allocated billions of our tax dollars into areas not of our choosing? Well, Apollo Alliance certainly “helped” write the bill or arguably influenced what was included in it greatly. Apollo Alliance Chairman Phil Angelides stated “This plan embraces the sweeping set of actions that the Apollo Alliance’s national coalition of business, labor, environmental, and community organizations recommended in The New Apollo Program.” (The Apollo Alliance) Wait, we didn’t elect Apollo Alliance to make decisions for us and to send our tax dollars to special interest groups of their choosing. Who is Apollo Alliance by the way? It was founded by none other then Van Jones the self-proclaimed Marxist and “Green Job Czar” to Obama. All this happened right in front of the Americans and still 40% of Americans support Obama and do not think anything is wrong. This is very disturbing! There must be a grander scheme in place that I just have not quite put my finger on yet.

Next, HR 3200 (officially called ‘America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009’) If passed, it would end the ability of the people to manage and control their own healthcare and thus the control of ones own body and that of their children giving the government unrestricted control over ones own being. Thus, this could clearly end democracy in America and establish a legal dictatorship of people's lives.

Additionally, HR 1964 (officially called ‘Freedom of Choice Act’) If passed it would end the control of abortions and thus make any form of abortion, including partial birth abortions, at any time of the pregnancy legal and paid for by tax payer money. This bill gives the government unrestricted power to determine who can or in a worse case “should” have an abortion. Understanding this, it could clearly lead to forced abortions as one of Obama’s top advisors believes may be necessary to control population. Sounds far fetched I know, but consider that no one believed Hitler would use his power to do what he did either.

Mr. Obama stated in the debate with McCain that his ideas and decisions are shaped by the people he surrounds himself with and who directly advise him. So, we will take his advice and look at each person Obama has chosen in his cabinet and his advisors or “Czars” for which he has assigned to many different areas to do just that, advise him. I will breakdown who each advisor is and what their history is and any hidden connections they may have with groups or organizations as well as what they believe and don’t believe. I will also discuss other people who are in these groups or organizations that Obama’s advisors associate with as well as their past and affiliations. First, though, I want to discuss the history of Communism in America. This is important because you must understand how those groups work in order to understand how they are working now. Remember in the brief story of how Hitler took over and how they caused bad things to occur on purpose to make the people believe that they needed more government to help them, well, that is what these groups are superb at. These groups exploit the underdog and those who are factions of society by using humanitarian causes as fronts for their hidden agendas which are essentially gaining power. Edward Howard Hunt stated, “To me, communism is a... it's a graveyard of skulls, of very unhappy people, below the level of the top bureaucracy. ... communism is an expansive form of political theory: it has to keep eating on its neighbors, finding new aggressive activities to keep itself going, fuelling itself. It itself is fuelled on hatred, hatred of capitalism, hatred of so-called imper, when yet it's the greatest imperialist power the world has ever known.... There's a basic hypocrisy about them.” (Spartacs) They incite anger and hate and are experts at causing rifts between groups: color, religion, sex etc. In doing so, they keep the masses from uniting and thus it is easier to run with their agenda. Remember the old addage, “divide and conquer”?

Communism has been present in America since 1919. The communist party had over 60,000 members by August 1919 and called themselves The American Communist Party (ACP). “The growth of the American Communist Party worried Woodrow Wilsonand his administration and America entered what became known as the Red Scare period. On 7th November, 1919, the second anniversary of the revolution, Alexander Mitchell Palmer, Wilson's attorney general, ordered the arrest of over 10,000 suspected communists and anarchists. These people were charged with "advocating force, violence and unlawful means to overthrow the Government". (Spartacus, 2009). Many suspected Communists were arrested and jailed while several others were deported to Russia. This however did not stop the party from expanding and in 1924 they began their own news paper called the Daily Worker and they managed to reach over 30,000 people.

The American Communist Part was directly connected to the Comintern (The Communist International) which was created in Moscow in 1919. “In March 1919 leading members of the Communist Party in Russia founded the Communist International (later known as Comintern). The aim of the organization was to fight ‘by all available means, including armed force, for the overthrow of the international bourgeoisie and for the creation of an international Soviet republic as a transition stage to the complete abolition of the State’. To be admitted to the Comintern the Communist parties had to accept twenty-one conditions. This included: (1) conduct truly Communist propaganda and agitation and uphold the ideal of a dictatorship of the proletariat before the masses; (2) remove all reformists and supporters of centrists opinions from responsible posts; (3) create an illegal (in addition to the legal) organization for subversive work.” (Spartacus) All twenty-one conditions are listed below: (Wikipedia)

The Twenty-one Conditions, officially the Conditions of Admission to the Communist International, refer to the conditions given by Vladimir Lenin to the adhesion of the socialists to the Third International (Comintern) created in 1919 after the 1917 October Revolution. The conditions were formally adopted by the Second Congress of the Comintern in 1920. The conditions were:

1. All propaganda and agitation must bear a really communist character and correspond to the programme and decisions of the Communist International. All the party's press organs must be run by reliable communists who have proved their devotion to the cause of the proletariat. The dictatorship of the proletariat must not be treated simply as a current formula learnt off by heart. Propaganda for it must be carried out in such a way that its necessity is comprehensible to every simple worker, every woman worker, every soldier and peasant from the facts of their daily lives, which must be observed systematically by our press and used day by day.

The periodical and other press and all the party’s publishing institutions must be subordinated to the party leadership, regardless of whether, at any given moment, the party as a whole is legal or illegal. The publishing houses must not be allowed to abuse their independence and pursue policies that do not entirely correspond to the policies of the party.
In the columns of the press, at public meetings, in the trades unions, in the co-operatives – wherever the members of the Communist International can gain admittance – it is necessary to brand not only the bourgeoisie but also its helpers, the reformists of every shade, systematically and pitilessly.

2. Every organisation that wishes to affiliate to the Communist International must regularly and methodically remove reformists and centrists from every responsible post in the labour movement (party organisations, editorial boards, trades unions, parliamentary factions, co-operatives, local government) and replace them with tested communists, without worrying unduly about the fact that, particularly at first, ordinary workers from the masses will be replacing 'experienced' opportunists.

3. In almost every country in Europe and America the class struggle is entering the phase of civil war. Under such conditions the communists can place no trust in bourgeois legality. They have the obligation of setting up a parallel organisational apparatus which, at the decisive moment, can assist the party to do its duty to the revolution. In every country where a state of siege or emergency laws deprive the communists of the opportunity of carrying on all their work legally, it is absolutely necessary to combine legal and illegal activity.


4. The duty of propagating communist ideas includes the special obligation of forceful and systematic propaganda in the army. Where this agitation is interrupted by emergency laws it must be continued illegally. Refusal to carry out such work would be tantamount to a betrayal of revolutionary duty and would be incompatible with membership of the Communist International.

5. Systematic and methodical agitation is necessary in the countryside. The working class will not be able to win if it does not have the backing of the rural proletariat and at least a part of the poorest peasants, and if it does not secure the neutrality of at least a part of the rest of the rural population through its policies. Communist work in the countryside is taking on enormous importance at the moment. It must be carried out principally with the help of revolutionary communist workers of the town and country who have connections with the countryside. To refuse to carry this work out, or to entrust it to unreliable, semi-reformist hands, is tantamount to renouncing the proletarian revolution.

6. Every party that wishes to belong to the Communist International has the obligation to unmask not only open social-patriotism but also the insincerity and hypocrisy of social-pacificism, to show the workers systematically that, without the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism, no international court of arbitration, no agreement on the limitation of armaments, no 'democratic' reorganisation of the League of Nations will be able to prevent new imperialist wars.

7. The parties that wish to belong to the Communist International have the obligation of recognising the necessity of a complete break with reformism and 'centrist' politics and of spreading this break among the widest possible circles of their party members. Consistent communist politics are impossible without this.

The Communist International unconditionally and categorically demands the carrying out of this break in the shortest possible time. The Communist International cannot tolerate a situation where notorious opportunists, as represented by Turati, Modigliani, Kautsky, Hilferding, Hillquit, Longuet, MacDonald, etc., have the right to pass as members of the Communist International. This could only lead to the Communist International becoming something very similar to the wreck of the Second International.

8. A particularly marked and clear attitude on the question of the colonies and oppressed nations is necessary on the part of the communist parties of those countries whose bourgeoisies are in possession of colonies and oppress other nations. Every party that wishes to belong to the Communist International has the obligation of exposing the dodges of its 'own' imperialists in the colonies, of supporting every liberation movement in the colonies not only in words but in deeds, of demanding that their imperialist compatriots should be thrown out of the colonies, of cultivating in the hearts of the workers in their own country a truly fraternal relationship to the working population in the colonies and to the oppressed nations, and of carrying out systematic propaganda among their own country’s troops against any oppression of colonial peoples.

9. Every party that wishes to belong to the Communist International must systematically and persistently develop communist activities within the trades unions, workers’ and works councils, the consumer co-operatives and other mass workers’ organisations. Within these organisations it is necessary to organise communist cells which are to win the trades unions etc. for the cause of communism by incessant and persistent work. In their daily work the cells have the obligation to expose everywhere the treachery of the social patriots and the vacillations of the 'centrists'. The communist cells must be completely subordinated to the party as a whole.

10. Every party belonging to the Communist International has the obligation to wage a stubborn struggle against the Amsterdam 'International' of yellow trade union organisations. It must expound as forcefully as possible among trades unionists the idea of the necessity of the break with the yellow Amsterdam International. It must support the International Association of Red Trades Unions affiliated to the Communist International, at present in the process of formation, with every means at its disposal.

11. Parties that wish to belong to the Communist International have the obligation to subject the personal composition of their parliamentary factions to review, to remove all unreliable elements from them and to subordinate these factions to the party leadership, not only in words but also in deeds, by calling on every individual communist member of parliament to subordinate the whole of his activity to the interests of really revolutionary propaganda and agitation.

12. The parties belonging to the Communist International must be built on the basis of the principle of democratic centralism. In the present epoch of acute civil war the communist party will only be able to fulfil its duty if it is organised in as centralist a manner as possible, if iron discipline reigns within it and if the party centre, sustained by the confidence of the party membership, is endowed with the fullest rights and authority and the most far-reaching powers.

13. The communist parties of those countries in which the communists can carry out their work legally must from time to time undertake purges (re-registration) of the membership of their party organisations in order to cleanse the party systematically of the petty-bourgeois elements within it.

14. very party that. wishes to belong to the Communist International has the obligation to give unconditional support to every soviet republic in its struggle against the forces of counter-revolution. The communist parties must carry out clear propaganda to prevent the transport of war material to the enemies of the soviet republics. They must also carry out legal or illegal propaganda, etc., with every means at their disposal among troops sent to stifle workers’ republics.

15. Parties that have still retained their old social democratic programmes have the obligation of changing those programmes as quickly as possible and working out a new communist programme corresponding to the particular conditions in the country and in accordance with the decisions of the Communist International.

As a rule the programme of every party belonging to the Communist International must be ratified by a regular Congress of the Communist International or by the Executive Committee. Should the Executive Committee of the Communist International reject a party’s programme, the party in question has the right of appeal to the Congress of the Communist International.

16. All decisions of the Congresses of the Communist International and decisions of its Executive Committee are binding on all parties belonging to the Communist International. The Communist International, acting under conditions of the most acute civil war, must be built in a far more centralist manner than was the case with the Second International. In the process the Communist International and its Executive Committee must, of course, in the whole of its activity, take into account the differing conditions under which the individual parties have to fight and work, and only take generally binding decisions in cases where such decisions are possible.

17. In this connection all those parties that wish to belong to the Communist International must change their names. Every party that wishes to belong to the Communist International must bear the name Communist Party of this or that country (Section of the Communist International). The question of the name is not formal, but a highly political question of great importance. The Communist International has declared war on the whole bourgeois world and on all yellow social-democratic parties. The difference between the communist parties and the old official 'social-democratic' or 'socialist' parties that have betrayed the banner of the working class must be clear to every simple toiler.

18. All the leading press organs of the parties in every country have the duty of printing all the important official documents of the Executive Committee of the Communist International.

19. All parties that belong to the Communist International or have submitted an application for membership have the duty of calling a special congress as soon as possible, and in no case later than four months after the Second Congress of the Communist International, in order to check all these conditions. In this connection all party centres must see that the decisions of the Second Congress are known to all their local organisations.

20. Those parties that now wish to enter the Communist International but have not yet radically altered their previous tactics must, before they join the Communist International, see to it that no less than two thirds of the central committee and of all their most important central institutions consist of comrades who even before the Second Congress of the Communist International spoke out unambiguously in public in favour of the entry of the party into the Communist International. Exceptions may be permitted with the agreement of the Executive Committee of the Communist International. The Executive Committee of the Communist International also has the right to make exceptions in relation to the representatives of the centrist tendency mentioned in paragraph 7.

21. Those party members who fundamentally reject the conditions and Theses laid down by the Communist International are to be expelled from the party.

There are direct connections between the American Communist Party and the Comintern, in fact, in 1928 the first chairman of the ACP, James Cannon, attended the Sixth Congress of the Comintern in 1928. “While in the Soviet Union he was given a document written by Leon Trotsky on the rules of Joseph Stalin. Convinced by what he read, when he returned to the United States he criticized the Soviet government. As a result of his actions, Cannon and his followers were expelled from the party. Cannon now joined with other Trotskyists to form the Communist League of America.” (Spartacus) Most of the members were immigrants within New York city as well as many from the arts industry. This group ran someone for president in 1932 and 1936. After WWII, in 1948 the American government used the Alien Registration Act passed by Congress in 1940 to arrest the leaders of the CLA. “This law, passed by Congress in 1940, made it illegal for anyone in the United States ‘to advocate, abet, or teach the desirability of overthrowing the government’”. The Alien Registration Act hurt the membership of the ACP but certainly did not stop the movement. In 1968, 1972, 1976 and 1984 the ACP ran candidates for the Presidency but none very received enough votes to make it to the primary. An interesting fact is that, “in 1988 the Communist Party gave its support to Jessie Jackson in his bid to obtain the nomination of the Democratic Party.” (Spartacus) Gus Hall, whom at one point was jailed for his affiliation with ACP remained, “leader of the American Communist Party until his death on 13th October, 2000.” (Spartacus)

How does Obama relate to any of this?

Well, let's look at Obama’s so called “mentor” when he was a young boy through adulthood. Keep in mind, Mr. Obama said to understand what he is thinking to look at the people he surrounds himself with and who help shape his ideas. If Mr. Obama is not privy to these tactics stated above, then why does he state in his book, Dreams from my Father, that he was mentored by a man named "Frank". Well, Trevor Loudon, a New Zealand Blogger uncovered who this mysterious mentor was, "a Communist Party member, Frank Marshall Davis." (GOPUSA) Eventually the Obama administration did agree that is who his mentor was but tried to ignore the fact that he was a communist. In fact, studies of this man show that he was, “author, liberal activist, Stalinist agent, self-admitted pedophile,” (Conservapedia) and deeply involved in the American Communist Party.
"In 1934, he again moved to Chicago, where he served as Executive Editor of Claude Barnett's Associated Negro Press from 1935-1947. In 1936 Davis was listed as a contributing editor to the Spokesman, the official organ of the Youth Section of the National negro Congress, a Communist front organization. Davis was regarded as a primary outlet of CPUSA (Communist Party USA aka ACP) for the distribution of news and propaganda which the CPA wishes to get out to the Negro people. As Executive Editor of the Associated Negro Press Davis is in a position to determine what news releases shall be made by the Associated Negro Press to the various numbers of newspapers to whom it supplies news. Davis also was the Executive Editor of the communist publication the Chicago Star." (Conservapedia)

In 1939, the American Communist became concerned about what their party was becoming when the Nazi-Soviet Pacte was initiated. This happened right after the horrible anti-Trotskyite Great Purges. The members of the CPUSA began abandoning the group and only those who stayed loyal were the most ardent anti-fascists. "However, with the coming of the Communazi era wherein German Chancellor Adolf Hitler became an ally of the Soviet Union against French and British Imperialism, only the most ardent Stalinists continued in the party who were willing to overlook, and justify, Stalin's murderous excesses. Among them were Frank Marshall Davis." (Conservapedia) Davis became a vehement opponent of FDR and his Lend Lease aid police offering support to Great Britian. Davis addressed a group called the National Negro Congress which was just a front for communist radicals in 1940: “Negroes and the whole American people are being called upon to 'sacrifice for national defense.' Our country may soon be actively engaged in another war. Facing this crisis, the people are forced to think and to act lest, under the wave of war hysteria, they be bludgeoned into situations against their best interest.” (Conservapedia) After the war Davis worked closely with the ILWU union in Hawaii and the leader named Jack Hall, "convicted under the Smith Act for conspiracy to overthrow the United States Government." (Conservapedia)

In 1955 an attempt was made to seperate the CPUSA from other political parties by the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee in a report called "The Communist Party, USA — What It Is — How It Works". In this report they state: “The Congress finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States, although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States...the policies and programs of the Communist Party are secretly prescribed for it by the foreign leaders...members of the Communist Party are recruited for indoctrination with respect to its objectives and methods, and are organized, instructed, and disciplined to carry into action slavishly the assignments given them....Its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States. It is the means whereby individuals are seduced into the service of the world Communist movement, trained to do its bidding, and directed and controlled in the conspiratorial performance of their revolutionary services." (Conservapedia) Communist activity lurked in the labor unions and the labor movement and the above report described their strategies as: “it thrives upon promoting clashes: Between employer and employee, landlord and tenant, white and Negro, native-born and foreigner, Catholic, Protestant and Jew; between the American people and their Government, and within every non-Communist organization." (Conservapedia)

In Davis' memoir he details his ties with the ILWU upon his move to Hawaii: "I had also talked with Paul Robeson who the previous year had appeared there in a series of concerts sponsored by the International Longshoremen's and Warehousemen's Union (ILWU), the most powerful labor organization in the territory.... I also wrote to Harry Bridges, head of the ILWU, whom I had met at Lincoln School. He suggested I get in touch with Koji Ariyoshi, editor of the Honolulu Record, a newspaper that was generally similar to the Chicago Star." (Conservapedia) These guys he speaks of so fondly were all operatives of the Communist party. Davis had a weekly column in the Honolulu Record which he stated was similar to the Chicago Star, a communist papter. When he wrote is first article, the Honolulu Record, "boasted he was a member of the national executive board of the Civil Rights Congress, cited as a Communist subversive organization by Truman and Attorney General Tom Clark. Under the sponsorship of the Civil Rights Congress, Davis signed a statement in defense of Gerhart Eisler, the notorious Comintern agent who escaped jail for passport fraud by fleeing to East Germany." (Conservapedia) As well, Koji Ariyoshi was a Soviet spy who was sharing secret US information with the Soviet Union.

In 1941, Offices of Strategic Services (OSS) head William J. Donovan opened the door for Communist infiltration of the United States intelligence service by asking Eugene Dennis of the CPUSA Politburo to provide veterans of theSpanish Civil War who could be used behind enemy lines. (Conservapedia) The members of the CPUSA consulted with the Comitern regarding joining the OSS and were in turn told to do so but individually as not to alert the government of their infiltration of the US government. A communist informant named Koji Ariyoshi, whom we will discuss later and is VERY important in Obama's case, was one of the CPUSA individuals that joined the OSS. Mr. Ariyoshi was one of the founders of the Hawaii Civil Liberties Committee (HCLC) which was cited as a communist organization by the US Attorney General at the time. "The HCLC was also cited as a subversive organization initiated and operated by Communists for the sole purpose of expanding the influence of the small Communist minority in the Territory of Hawaii by the Committee on the Un-American Activities in a report to the House of Representatives on June 23, 1950.” (Conservapedia)

In 1949 the head of the NAACP local chapter, Edward Berman, wrote a letter to the National Secretary, Roy Wilkins, complaining: “I was at one of the election meetings at which one Frank Marshall Davis, formerly of Chicago (and formerly editor of the Chicago Communist paper, the Star) suddenly appeared on the scene to propagandize the membership about our 'racial problems' in Hawaii. He had just sneaked in here on a boat, and presto, was an 'expert' on racial problems in Hawaii. Comrade Davis was supported by others who had recently 'sneaked' into the organization with the avowed intent and purpose of converting it into a front for the Stalinist line….They create a mythical racial problem here. They agitate with the same fervor that the Communist press does on the mainland. The result is discord and distrust, not unity. …Already, scores of Negro members were frightened away from these meetings because of the influx of this element. Only by a reorganization with a policy that will check this infiltration, can we hope to get former members back into a local NAACP branch. We are going to have to have that authority over here―otherwise you’ll have a branch exclusively composed of yelping Stalinists and their dupes―characters who are more concerned about the speedy assassination of Tito than they are about the advancement of the colored people of these United States." (Conservapedia) Because of this letter, the NAACP revoked the Hawaiian chapter in order to prevent communists in and thus running the organization.

In 1950, a communist informant by the name of Robert M. Kempa and stated while cooperating with the FBI that he was informed that the communist party was regrouping and that they were going underground. He talked about the party being broken into groups and that Frank Marshall Davis was Chairman of group ten, "...that Chairman of Group #10 was Frank Marshall Davis and I was to contact him ....Late in the fall of 1950, I started contacting Frank Marshall Davis in connection with Communist Party matters, and relaying to him information received from my superior contact in the Communist Party, either James Freeman or [redacted]. During a portion of 1950, 1951 and part of 1952, I continued contacting Frank Marshall Davis and also transmitted dues for the Communist Party received from him to my contact above. During the period of my contacts with Frank Marshall Davis, he advised me that his wife, Helen was a member of Group #10. I was never advised of the identity of a third of that group, or the fact that there was a third member in the group. During a portion of 1951 [redacted] took over contacts with the Davis group but I resumed contacting Davis in 1952 and continued meeting him on Communist Party matters until I left the Party in June of that year." In 1950 a memo from Mr. Kempa reported that the communist party was organizing a plan to infiltrate the Democratic Party by gaining support of their candidates in the Precing Club elections, "In this regard, he noted on April 6, 1950, that subject [Davis] had been elected Assistant Secretary and Delegate to the Territorial Democratic Convention...attendance of Davis at the Territorial Democratic Convention was verified by [informant]. This convention took place on April 30 at Kalakana Intermediate School.” (Conservapedia) J. Edgar Hoover, the director of the FBI in 1963 wrote a letter allowing a direct interview of Davis who had been under investigation for 19yrs. Davis discussed how he was motivated by social police and not the least bit interested in politics international and domestic. His writings show otherwise as detailed in his column in 1957 where he stated: “I received a copy of the National Guardian on Dec. 31 In it was an article headed 'The Negro Press on Hungary and Egypt--Do hearts bleed for white skins only?' and containing a summary of the opinion formed in assorted Negro newspapers...Because I think the opinions of the press serving 18,000,000 colored Americans are of importance to the people of Hawaii, I am reprinting the Guardian summary:..." (Conservapedia) This was written not long after the violent Hungarian uprising in 1956 for anti-communism. Two KGB operatives developed the "Guardian" which was used during the Korean War to provide false information regarding America such as the false claim that America used germ warfare during the Korean war. You will still find some rather ilinformed radicals who will insist that this happened. "Documents from Russian Archives prove, more than four decades after the fact, the United States was the victim of a disinformation campaign. The Guardian correspondent who reported the disinformation actually assisted North Korean interrogators in extracting bogus confessions from American prisoners of war." (Conservapedia)

In mid 1950, Davis also wrote in his column, “In addition to muffing the moral leadership we have given the colored people of the globe still another count against the U.S. as a nation. The U.S. is considered to be a white man's country. You may be sure that the spectacle of white Americans shooting down Orientals of North Korea will not be ignored by the rest of the Asia and Africa who are struggling to throw off the yoke of what they call 'white imperialism'.” (Conservapedia) He also claimed that the North Koreans had greater support for their government then the South Koreans did. As well, Davis gave props to Kim II Sung's North Korea while defaming the Marshall and Truman Plans as well as the North Atlantic Treaty. It is said by the Hawaii Free Press that the Hawaii Democrats rise to power has Frank Marshall Davis written all over it.

It is well documented that the union in Hawaii, ILWU, controlled by Communists which in turn controlled the Hawaii Democratic Party. It didn't take long until these union-based elections put the Hawaii Democrat Party in control. Governor Jack Burns, Hawaii's first Democratic Governor stated: “Every guy in the ILWU was at one time or another a member of the Communist Party of America. This is where they got their organizational information and how to organize, and how to bring groups together and how to create cells and how to make movements that are undetected by the bosses.” (Conservapedia) Hawaii remained in control of the Communist Democratic party for forty years many times with as few as just one Republican. In 2002, however, a Republican Governor was elected into office. The Democratic Legislature honored Koji Ariyoshi explained above for his “contributions”. The Hawaii Legislature controlled by the Democratic Party, communists, passed a resolution to honor the late Koji Ariyoshi in 1976. "Herbert Romerstein, formerly head of the office to Counter Soviet Disinformation at the United States Information Agency commented, "this was the atmosphere that young Barack Obama grew up in...We honor Soviet spies." I didn't actually plan on putting so much time into Frank Marshall Davis but his story was so convoluted and twisted that it was difficult to ignore anything being presented. After reading about the mentor that Mr. Obama speaks so fondly of in his book, what do you think about Mr. Obama now? Sure, it is plausible that he does not espouse the same ideology, but to assume that he is not as involved in this communist take over strategy would be a mistake. Look at the story of Frank Marshall Davis and look at the path Obama has taken. It appears he is finishing where Mr. Davis left off, doesn't it? The problem with this whole saga is that the enemy is within and has made it into our White House and our government with underground operatives that are invisible allowing for easy movement and reorganization right under our noses. They keep us busy bickering amongst ourselves about issues that in the whole scheme of things doesn’t matter so they can continue acting out their covert operations. Knowing what we know now, it is no surprise our elected officials are so arrogant and pompous and certainly no doubt Obama has a lot of explaining to do. Next I will move on to Obama’s present day “mentors”, “Czars” or advisors as he’d like to put it.

Arm yourselves with facts people, because the truth shall set you free!!!!

What is REALLY in HR 3200 despite what "they" say! Part 3: Death Panels

This whole back and forth about whether the "Death Panels" really exist with no one showing proof that they don't is tiring. Below is the section of the Healthcare Bill that addresses the, well as they like to call it, "Advanced care planning". What I want you to pay attention to is what they are REALLY saying. Don't let all the wording slip you up and remember, you are reading a document created by government officials who HAVE NO CARE OR CONCERN about you or your family!

As well, they are clever in word choice to not openly state what they REALLY mean. It is up to us to determine what is and what is not. Just one other thing to note, physicians and other healthcare professionals already consult with patients about Living Wills and Medical Power of Attorneys. We already advocate for them to establish such for THEIR safety because unlike the government, we actually do care about our patients and their families! (Despite what Obama thinks about us, coming from an attorney it is quite comical to question the motives of healthcare professionals). Also note, insurance companies do NOT deny care based on stage of life or disease. If you have coverage you are covered until your last breath regardless of your condition!

SEC. 1233. ADVANCE CARE PLANNING CONSULTATION.
6 (a) MEDICARE.—
7 (1) IN GENERAL.—Section 1861 of the Social
8 Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x) is amended (A) in subsection (s)(2)—
10 (i) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end of subparagraph (DD);
12 (ii) by adding ‘‘and’’ at the end of subparagraph (EE); and
14 (iii) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
16 ‘‘(FF) advance care planning consultation (as defined in subsection (hhh)(1));’’; and (B) by adding at the end the following new subsection:
20 ‘‘Advance Care Planning Consultation
21 ‘‘(hhh)(1) Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), the term ‘advance care planning consultation’ means a consultation between the individual and a practitioner described in paragraph (2) regarding advance care planning, if, subject to paragraph (3), the individual involved has not had such a consultation within the last 5 years. Such consultation shall include the following:
3 ‘‘(A) An explanation by the practitioner of advance care planning, including key questions and5 considerations, important steps, and suggested people to talk to.
7 ‘‘(B) An explanation by the practitioner of advance directives, including living wills and durable powers of attorney, and their uses.
10 ‘‘(C) An explanation by the practitioner of the role and responsibilities of a health care proxy.
12 ‘‘(D) The provision by the practitioner of a list of national and State-specific resources to assist consumers and their families with advance care planning, including the national toll-free hotline, the advance care planning clearinghouses, and State legal service organizations (including those funded through the Older Americans Act of 1965).
19 ‘‘(E) An explanation by the practitioner of the continuum of end-of-life services and supports available, including palliative care and hospice, and benefits for such services and supports that are available under this title.
(What they mean: Doctors will inform you of all aspects of advanced care planning. This is already done and yes, it doesn't sound bad because being informed is important...but keep in mind those who are advising Obama that believe in healthcare rationing and the Complete Lives Cycle or Eugenics. Also remember they are referring to those who are terminal or have life threatening conditions. With the thought of healthcare rationing and Eugenics it makes a clear concern for what the government is wanting to accomplish with "requiring" advanced care planning- or discussing when enough is enough and you should just go ahead and die.)

1 ‘‘(F)(i) Subject to clause (ii), an explanation of orders regarding life sustaining treatment or similar orders, which shall include—
4 ‘‘(I) the reasons why the development of such an order is beneficial to the individual and the individual’s family and the reasons why such an order should be updated periodically as the health of the individual changes;
9 ‘‘(II) the information needed for an individual or legal surrogate to make informed decisions regarding the completion of such an order; and
13 ‘‘(III) the identification of resources that an individual may use to determine the requirements of the State in which such individual resides so that the treatment wishes of that individual will be carried out if the individual is unable to communicate those wishes, including requirements regarding the designation of a surrogate decision maker (also known as a health
21 care proxy).
(continuing with things that are already done by physicians and healthcare professionals...)

22 ‘‘(ii) The Secretary shall limit the requirement for explanations under clause (i) to consultations furnished in a State—
1 ‘‘(I) in which all legal barriers have been addressed for enabling orders for life sustaining treatment to constitute a set of medical orders respected across all care settings; and
5 ‘‘(II) that has in effect a program for orders for life sustaining treatment described in clause (iii).
8 ‘‘(iii) A program for orders for life sustaining treatment for a States described in this clause is a program that—
11 ‘‘(I) ensures such orders are standardized and uniquely identifiable throughout the State;
13 ‘‘(II) distributes or makes accessible such orders to physicians and other health professionals that (acting within the scope of the professional’s authority under State law) may sign orders for life sustaining treatment;
18 ‘‘(III) provides training for health care professionals across the continuum of care about the goals and use of orders for life sustaining treatment; and
22 ‘‘(IV) is guided by a coalition of stakeholders includes representatives from emergency medical services, emergency department physicians or nurses, state long-term care association, state medical association, state surveyors, agency responsible for senior services, state department of health, state hospital association, home health association, state bar association, and state hospice association.
6 ‘‘(2) A practitioner described in this paragraph is— ‘‘(A) a physician (as defined in subsection
8 (r)(1)); and
9 ‘‘(B) a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant who has the authority under State law to sign orders for life sustaining treatments.
12 ‘‘(3)(A) An initial preventive physical examination under subsection (WW), including any related discussion during such examination, shall not be considered an advance care planning consultation for purposes of applying the 5-year limitation under paragraph (1).
17 ‘‘(B) An advance care planning consultation with respect to an individual may be conducted more frequently than provided under paragraph (1) if there is a significant change in the health condition of the individual, including diagnosis of a chronic, progressive, life-limiting disease, a life-threatening or terminal diagnosis or life-threatening injury, or upon admission to a skilled nursing facility, a long-term care facility (as defined by the Secretary), or a hospice program.
1 ‘‘(4) A consultation under this subsection may include the formulation of an order regarding life sustaining treatment or a similar order.
4 ‘‘(5)(A) For purposes of this section, the term ‘order regarding life sustaining treatment’ means, with respect to an individual, an actionable medical order relating to the treatment of that individual that—
8 ‘‘(i) is signed and dated by a physician (as defined in subsection (r)(1)) or another health care professional (as specified by the Secretary and who is acting within the scope of the professional’s authority under State law in signing such an order, including a nurse practitioner or physician assistant) and is in a form that permits it to stay with the individual and be followed by health care professionals and providers across the continuum of care;
17 ‘‘(ii) effectively communicates the individual’s preferences regarding life sustaining treatment, including an indication of the treatment and care desired by the individual;
21 ‘‘(iii) is uniquely identifiable and standardized within a given locality, region, or State (as identified by the Secretary); and
1 ‘‘(iv) may incorporate any advance directive (as defined in section 1866(f)(3)) if executed by the individual.
(What they mean: the physician is required to do this "planning" session with you and is required to do it every 5yrs or more often if indicated. So, the government will know when you are at a stage of care that is terminal or life-threatening, and thus considering the breakdown of healthcare rationing already discussed will be in charge of determining what care you will receive. This doesn't seem to mesh well with individual privacy. Why does the government need to know what condition you are in if not to determine whether you need further care of whether you should just go ahead and die? It is no one's business what stage you are at other then you and your physician. The government has stated they want to decrease costs and what better way then to limit care to those who are dying anyhow?)

4 ‘‘(B) The level of treatment indicated under subparagraph (A)(ii) may range from an indication for full treatment to an indication to limit some or all or specified
7 interventions. Such indicated levels of treatment may include indications respecting, among other items—
9 ‘‘(i) the intensity of medical intervention if the patient is pulse less, apneic, or has serious cardiac or pulmonary problems;
12 ‘‘(ii) the individual’s desire regarding transfer to a hospital or remaining at the current care setting;
15 ‘‘(iii) the use of antibiotics; and
16 ‘‘(iv) the use of artificially administered nutrition and hydration.’’
(What they mean: As of now, the patient will decide how much is too much when they are facing the end of their life, or family does. With this bill, the government will make those decisions for you. Remember, the wording sounds good and looks innocent, but you have to consider the whole rather then the parts. Healthcare rationing + Eugenics = End of life planning! Still skeptical, read further regarding "Physician Quality Reporting Initiative".)

18 (2) PAYMENT.—Section 1848(j)(3) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(j)(3)) is amended by inserting
20 ‘‘(2)(FF),’’ after ‘‘(2)(EE),’’.
21 (3) FREQUENCY LIMITATION.—Section 1862(a)
22 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 1395y(a)) is amended—
23 (A) in paragraph (1)—
24 (i) in subparagraph (N), by striking
25 ‘‘and’’ at the end;
1 (ii) in subparagraph (O) by striking
2 the semicolon at the end and inserting ‘‘,
3 and’’; and
4 (iii) by adding at the end the fol5
lowing new subparagraph:
6 ‘‘(P) in the case of advance care planning consultations (as defined in section 1861(hhh)(1)), which are performed more frequently than is covered under such section;’’; and
11 (B) in paragraph (7), by striking ‘‘or (K)’’
12 and inserting ‘‘(K), or (P)’’.
13 (4) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made by this subsection shall apply to consultations furnished on or after January 1, 2011.
16 (b) EXPANSION OF PHYSICIAN QUALITY REPORTING
17 INITIATIVE FOR END OF LIFE CARE.—
18 (1) PHYSICIAN’S QUALITY REPORTING INITIATIVE.—Section 1848(k)(2) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–4(k)(2)) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraphs:
22 ‘‘(3) PHYSICIAN’S QUALITY REPORTING INITIATIVE.—
24 ‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—For purposes of reporting data on quality measures for covered professional services furnished during 2011 and any subsequent year, to the extent that measures are available, the Secretary shall include quality measures on end of life care and advanced care planning that have been adopted or endorsed by a consensus-based organization, if appropriate. Such measures shall measure both the creation of and adherence to orders for life
sustaining treatment.
(What they mean: Now comes the good part. The physician is to report all end of life services (that is what they shared with YOU) so that the Secretary can use that information to develop quality measures on advanced care planning and have a consensus-based organization (which is? and consists of who?) measure the creation of and adherence to end of life care. What they are doing is collecting data to determine what you do or don't need. Remember, they are all about saving money not lives!)

10 ‘‘(B) PROPOSED SET OF MEASURES.—The Secretary shall publish in the Federal Register proposed quality measures on end of life care and advanced care planning that the Secretary determines are described in subparagraph (A) and would be appropriate for eligible professionals to use to submit data to the Secretary.
17 The Secretary shall provide for a period of public comment on such set of measures before finalizing such proposed measures.’’.
(What they mean: The government will put forth quality measures for physicians to follow when it comes to assisting you in your advanced care plan. Hmmmmmm...)

20 (c) INCLUSION OF INFORMATION IN MEDICARE & YOU HANDBOOK.—
22 (1) MEDICARE & YOU HANDBOOK.—
23 (A) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall update the online version of the Medicare & You Handbook to include the following:
3 (i) An explanation of advance care planning and advance directives, including—
6 (I) living wills;
7 (II) durable power of attorney;
8 (III) orders of life-sustaining
9 treatment; and
10 (IV) health care proxies.
11 (ii) A description of Federal and State resources available to assist individuals and their families with advance care planning and advance directives, including—
15 (I) available State legal service organizations to assist individuals with advance care planning, including those organizations that receive funding pursuant to the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 93001 et seq.);
22 (II) website links or addresses for State-specific advance directive forms; and
1 (III) any additional information, as determined by the Secretary.
3 (B) UPDATE OF PAPER AND SUBSEQUENT
4 VERSIONS.—The Secretary shall include the information described in subparagraph (A) in all paper and electronic versions of the Medicare & You Handbook that are published on or after the date that is 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act.


6 SEC. 1751. HEALTH-CARE ACQUIRED CONDITIONS.
7 (a) MEDICAID NON-PAYMENT FOR CERTAIN HEALTH CARE-ACQUIRED CONDITIONS.—Section 1903(i) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396b(i)) is amended—
10 (1) by striking ‘‘or’’ at the end of paragraph (23);
12 (2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (24) and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and
14 (3) by inserting after paragraph (24) the following new paragraph:
16 ‘‘(25) with respect to amounts expended for services related to the presence of a condition that could be identified by a secondary diagnostic code described in section 1886(d)(4)(D)(iv) and for any health care acquired condition determined as a noncovered service under title XVIII.’’.
(What they mean: They will determine if your condition is one they want to cover. Yes, you read right. Using the SSA 1886(d)(4)(D)(iv) which I have listed below as a courtesy: http://www.ssa.gov/OP_Home/ssact/title18/1886.htm#act-1886-d-5
(iv) By not later than October 1, 2007, the Secretary shall select diagnosis codes associated with at least two conditions, each of which codes meets all of the following requirements (as determined by the Secretary):
(I) Cases described by such code have a high cost or high volume, or both, under this title.
(II) The code results in the assignment of a case to a diagnosis-related group that has a higher payment when the code is present as a secondary diagnosis.
(III) The code describes such conditions that could reasonably have been prevented through the application of evidence-based guidelines.
The Secretary may from time to time revise (through addition or deletion of codes) the diagnosis codes selected under this clause so long as there are diagnosis codes associated with at least two conditions selected for discharges occurring during any fiscal year.
They determine coverage based on cost 'SSA 1886(d)(4)(D)(iv)(I)', and again a condition that requires a higher payment as a secondary diagnosis 'SSA 1886(d)(4)(D)(iv)(II)', and conditions that could have reasonably been prevented, uh yeah fatties/smokers/drinkers/any other area the government determines "preventable" 'SSA 1886(d)(4)(D)(iv)(III)', and don't forget the part about how the Secretary, and I love this verbiage "from time to time", may revise the list of such conditions! This is screaming "healthcare rationing" and "death panel". The government will reserve the right to determine what it will and will not cover based on cost, not on what is best for the American people!)

The key things to consider regarding this part of the bill...
1. The friends/advisers Obama aligns himself with. If he does not buy into those radical beliefs then why would he entertain anyone who does? Remember, you are only as good as the company you keep!
2. The government clearly stated how healthcare will be rationed in section 122 pg 29 lines 4-16, section 123 pg. 30, and section 142 pg 42. Whereas, you will not choose your healthcare the government will create a government committee who will determine what health benefits you receive. This directly ties to the section of the bill detailed above. If the physician has to report to the government committee your stage of life based on your medical diagnosis and issues then they directly determine your benefits. Keep in mind the government is all about saving money not lives!
3. The expressed need of the government to know what is going on with you and how severe your condition is. Why would the government need to know anything about your condition if they did not intend on having a direct impact on what services you recieve. Look, as Obama said, "you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig." Don't let the government fool you by using words in a fashion that makes you feel safe and cared for. No government has ever cared for it's people!

It is time to realize that YOU are best at determining what you need and how much of it you get. Granted insurance companies don't give you carte blanc but you do have to option of paying out of pocket for more if you choose. With this plan you can not do that because that specific care will not be made available to you. The next thing on my agenda is how this plan controls physicians and nurses in a way that is almost like the draft into the military. Will we be MADE to work even if we choose not too, where we can live based on community healthcare need and how much money we can make? The answer is YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop Socialist Reform...Protect our Constitution and our Freedoms...Take Our Country Back from the Government we elected to work FOR us not AGAINST us! The lives of our children are dependent upon this!
